Larger machines tend to have higher stirring and crushing capacity.

We have an EB type machine that uses electric heat to boil water. Product guide EB type (electric hot water roasting type)

By attaching a heat insulating material to heating and cooling type (the EB type) of the Ishikawa type stirring and crushing machine and using oil instead of hot water as the heat medium, it is possible to perform stirring and crushing while heating up to about 120°C.

For stirring and crushing while cooling, the process is performed by putting cold water into the double pot (with outer pot) machine to cool the pot from the outside or connecting a chiller. If you would like a machine with a cooling device in the machine body, please contact us.

The size of the step due to the abrasion of this mortar is one guide, and the inside of the mortar may be worn unevenly, so we recommend that you bring a spare mortar in case of unexpected damage to the mortar.
